Acceptable Use Policy

Boundaries that protect customers, connected systems and platform integrity.

Effective October 5, 2026

Authorized use only

Use Zeopilot only on websites, repositories, deployment systems and third-party services you own or are authorized to administer. Do not use Zeopilot to probe, alter or interfere with systems without permission.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use Zeopilot for malware, credential theft, phishing, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, evasion of access controls, illegal content operations, denial-of-service activity, destructive automation, evidence tampering or attempts to bypass Zeopilot approval and governance controls.

High-risk use

Do not rely on Zeopilot as the sole control for safety-critical, emergency, medical, legal, financial or other high-risk decisions where failure could cause significant harm. Website automation involving regulated data or regulated customer journeys may require additional contractual and technical controls.

Platform integrity

Do not attempt to disable audit trails, forge approval evidence, corrupt Outcome Contracts, bypass tenant isolation, poison evidence, interfere with rollback, abuse connected provider credentials or cause Zeopilot agents to operate outside authorized scope.

Enforcement

We may restrict or suspend capabilities when necessary to investigate abuse, protect customers, comply with law or preserve platform integrity. Where appropriate, we will work with the customer to restore safe operation.
