Terms of Service

The rules for using Zeopilot and its governed website operations.

Effective October 5, 2026

The service

Zeopilot provides governed website monitoring, analysis, recommendations, change preparation, experimentation, verification, reporting and—where a launch-certified integration is connected—approval-bound execution and recovery capabilities.

Capabilities vary by provider and configuration. A provider appearing in the interface does not necessarily mean that provider has certified write execution. The product may offer read-only discovery or proposal mode until an execution adapter is certified.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and ensure that people using your workspace are authorized to act for your organization. You represent that you have the right to connect and monitor each website, repository, deployment service, commerce platform and other system you connect to Zeopilot.

Governed changes

Zeopilot is designed so important production changes require the level of approval configured for the workspace. Approval applies only to the specific candidate, source state, permission scope and other bound conditions shown at approval time. Material drift can invalidate approval and require review again.

Customers remain responsible for business, legal, regulatory, accessibility, content, commerce and operational decisions associated with their websites.

Experiments and results

Experiments can produce a winner, no winner or a stopped/rolled-back result. Metrics, confidence and value estimates are evidence-based outputs and not guarantees of future performance. Zeopilot may decline to recommend or promote a candidate when evidence is insufficient.

Acceptable use

You may not use Zeopilot to access systems without authorization, distribute malware, evade security controls, violate law, infringe rights, manipulate evidence, conduct abusive automation or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk to others. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Availability and changes

We may update the service to improve security, reliability or functionality. We may suspend functionality when necessary to protect customers, connected systems or the platform. Features described as planned, preview, beta or read-only may change before they become generally available.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to the warranties and limitations in your applicable order form or customer agreement. Zeopilot does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes, conversion improvements or that every website problem will be detected.

Contact and agreement hierarchy

If you have a signed customer agreement or order form with terms that conflict with these public Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict. Questions may be submitted through Zeopilot's in-product support channel.
