Subprocessors

How Zeopilot approaches third-party service providers and customer-selected integrations.

Effective October 5, 2026

Subprocessor approach

Zeopilot may use infrastructure, database, email, AI, monitoring, authentication, payment and support providers to deliver the service. The exact set depends on product configuration and customer-selected integrations.

Customer-selected providers

GitHub, Vercel, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and other systems connected by a customer are customer-authorized integrations. Their own terms and privacy practices apply in addition to Zeopilot's controls.

Changes

Material changes to subprocessors that process customer data will be handled according to the notice and objection rights, if any, in the applicable customer agreement or Data Processing Addendum.

Current list

A contract-specific current subprocessor list can be provided through Zeopilot's support or contracting process. This public page intentionally does not claim a provider is active unless it is actually used in the applicable service configuration.
