A public summary of Zeopilot's data-processing commitments for business customers.
Effective October 5, 2026The Zeopilot Data Processing Addendum is intended to govern processing of personal data on behalf of customers where data-protection law requires processor terms. This public page summarizes the operating principles; an executed DPA or customer agreement controls where applicable.
Zeopilot processes customer personal data to provide, secure and support the service and according to documented customer instructions, the agreement and applicable law.
Measures are designed to include access control, tenant isolation, authentication, privileged-action protection, encryption for appropriate secrets and backups, audit logging, recovery testing and incident-response controls.
Subprocessors are governed through contractual and security controls appropriate to the service. International-transfer mechanisms, where needed, are handled through the executed DPA or other lawful transfer mechanism.
Zeopilot supports reasonable customer requests concerning data-subject rights, security incidents, return/export and deletion according to the product capabilities and applicable agreement.
